The centerpiece of this seaside enclave in Miami Beach is the 16,000 square foot historic clubhouse, restored to its original grandeur.

Completely igniting the Biscayne corridor in Miami, The Bank converts the former Miami National Bank into 73 lofts with rooftop Jacuzzi, meditation garden and sundeck. 125-space new parking garage. Total complex 182,000 square feet, 7 stories.

Rising 17 stories on the ocean, this 300,00 square foot, 239-unit condo conversion launched the re-development of Miami Beach’s mid-century Modernist Architecture (MiMo).

Hired as the in-house design-construction team, we upgraded over 160 units during the condo-conversion of this 35-story tower.
